Ideal when you need planning files quickly or want fabrication to start immediately after plan approval. Note: This is a production speed upgrade, not a shipping method.

FAQ

What files do you need to start a case?

We need upper/lower STL scans (or a merged STL), bite if separate, and patient photos (frontal, profile, occlusion). Name files with Clinic Case ID. You’ll get a secure upload link right after ordering—please don’t email attachments.

How long does it take?

Digital deliverables: 3–5 business days (Rush 24/48h available).

Fabrication starts after plan approval. Typical targets: Lite 5–7, Moderate 7–10, Comprehensive 10–14, Refinement 5–7 business days. (KSA business days; excludes holidays.)

Can we use our own plan, or do you create it?

Both work. We can fabricate from your approved plan, or create a 3D Treatment Plan (with IPR & attachments) for your approval first. You can also request a Case Review/Second Opinion before proceeding.

How does shipping work?

Choose KSA, GCC, or International with Standard/Express. We can issue prepaid labels (pickup + tracking) via our Shipping (Domestic/International) product, or you can ship on your own courier account. Tracking is provided for all outbound shipments.

What about payments and invoices?

We accept Apple Pay, Mada, Visa, Mastercard (region-dependent). An invoice is generated automatically with Clinic name, Patient name, and a unique transaction ID. VAT and customs (if any) follow destination rules.
